The rumble of discontent is growing louder at Old Trafford. Manchester United supporters, known around the globe as the Red Devils, are once again looking at a tough situation. Another Premier League match has brought another hard loss. This time, Brentford delivered a 3-1 defeat on Matchday 6 of the season. This result has made Ruben Amorim’s future at the club quite unclear. Yet, the Portuguese coach appears surprisingly calm about it all.
Amorim, ever direct, spoke to the BBC about his job. “I am always comfortable with my job,” he stated clearly. “I have already proven it. I am not worried because it is not my decision.” He sees his role as simple: to perform. “I will do my best every minute I am here, so I am not worried about my job,” he added. “I am not that type of person.” It seems the coach is either truly unbothered by the speculation or a master at hiding his stress.
