While he’s retired from Test and T20 cricket, Rohit will continue playing ODIs. In 67 Test matches, he scored 4,301 runs at an average of 40.57, including 12 centuries and 18 fifties.
In recognition of his contributions, a stand at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium will be named after him. The inauguration is set for May 16. Under Rohit’s captaincy, India won the Champions Trophy 2025, following their T20 World Cup 2024 victory.
