Rishabh Pant was scammed out of crores, the cricketer only cheated on the captain of Delhi Capitals

A case of cheating has come to light involving Indian cricket team goalkeeper batsman and Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant. Pant has filed a 1.6 crore fraud case against Haryana cricketer Mrinak Singh. Mrinak Singh has tricked Rishabh Pant into getting him cheap luxury watches. Mrinak is already housed in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail in the case of scamming a businessman out of 6 lakhs.

According to Rishabh Pant’s manager, Puneet Solanki, Mrinak cheated him with a bad check. According to a Mid-Day report, Pant said in his complaint: “In January 2021, Mrinak told me and manager Solanki that he had started a business of luxury watches, bags, jewelry, etc. He also referred to many cricketers as his customers He made false promises to Pant and the manager that he could get them luxury watches and other items at cheap prices Believing the defendant’s story, Pant had given her a luxury watch and some jewelry to resell at February 2021, which were purchased by him for 65 lakh 70 thousand 731. That too has not been returned by the defendant until now.”

In early May, Juhu police arrested Mrigank on charges of swindling Rs 6 lakh. Rishabh Pant wanted to buy a watch from this Frank Muller Vanguard Yachting Series player, for which he had paid Rs 36.15 lakh, as well as Rs 62.5 lakh for a Richard Mille watch.

Delhi Capitals performance at IPL 2022 was not special. Pant’s captaincy team failed to make the playoffs. Delhi won 7 out of 14 matches. Pant’s team finished fifth in the points table with 14 points. Some wrong decision by Pant in the last game prevented him from going to the playoffs. At the same time, Pant was named vice-captain for the five-match T20 series against South Africa. Recently this team was announced.
