All employees, on CDI, CDD or temporary work, working in convivial places, such as discos, clubs, bars, cafes and restaurants – with the exception of canteens, company restaurants, sales take-out and truck stops – must now be in possession of this sesame to work.
As a reminder, three types of proof are admitted: the vaccination certificate attesting to a complete vaccination schedule, the negative test certificate less than 72 hours old or the positive test certificate dated at least 11 days and less than 6 days old. month.

Professionals hired in the culture and leisure sector are also concerned: concert and performance halls, sports halls, cinemas, museums, theaters, festivals, zoos, amusement parks, circuses, fairs, trade shows and professional seminars. of more than 50 people.
People who work in a library – except university and specialized ones such as the National Library of France -, ships and cruise ships with catering or accommodation, conservatories (when they welcome spectators), or even game rooms, escape-games, and casinos, are also subject to the health pass.
Ditto for employees of large shopping centers with an area greater than 20,000 m2 (by decision of the prefect) and transport companies. This precious document is in fact required for staff on board long-distance trains with reservations, such as TGVs for example, but also on national flights or interregional coaches.
what penalties in the event of refusal?
To ensure compliance with this protocol, a referent will be appointed in each company. If an employee does not have a health pass as of Monday, August 30, an interview will have to be organized between the latter and his employer to find a solution. In particular, he may ask for days off and RTT time to get the sesame.
On the other hand, he can set up 100% telework if his activity is compatible with this mode of operation or be assigned temporarily to a workstation that does not require the presentation of a pass. If no agreement is found and the employee refuses to submit to it, his employment contract will be suspended immediately and he will no longer be remunerated.
Note that the offending employee cannot be dismissed and that this suspension will cease from the moment he is able to present a valid certificate. For now, these measures are in effect until November 15.
