Remo D’Souza has officially announced his new directorial venture, “Dongri Gangster’s Paradise,” a film poised to explore the gritty narratives of the underworld. The action-drama will be directed by D’Souza, with Sandeep Singh serving as producer. Milap Milan Zaveri is credited for the screenplay and dialogues.
A first look at the film was unveiled today, offering a glimpse into its dark, underworld setting. The teaser begins with an elevator scene, followed by a vintage black Mercedes speeding down a road. A figure wearing black glasses is seen in the car, smoking a cigarette.
The Mercedes then pulls up to a hotel entrance. The scene abruptly shifts to an intense gunfight, leaving the elevator stained with blood and bullet marks.
D’Souza shared the first look on his Instagram, stating, “Mumbai underworld again on the rise! Presenting #Dongri Gangster’s Paradise, a raw, emotional and explosive action drama from the heart of Mumbai.”
The film is positioned as a return to the classic Mumbai underworld genre, promising an intense and emotional experience for audiences.
“Dongri Gangster’s Paradise” is slated for a theatrical release on October 9, 2026.
