The Professional Baseball League of the Dominican Republic (LIDOM), through its Board of Directors, decided this Thursday to play the 2023-2024 championship, with a schedule of fifty games in its regular series and without the play-in format.
Through a press document, the highest body of LIDOM affirmed that the decision came unanimously from the session held this Thursday with the participation of the six organizations of the circuit.
LIDOM will announce in the coming days the official calendar of the tournament in which the Round Robin format will prevail with 18 matches.
The 2023-24 contest will be dedicated to the communicator Onfalia Morillo Messina and the Banreservas Cup will be held.
