Redmi, a brand under Xiaomi, has just unveiled its newest budget-friendly smartphone. It’s called the Note 14 SE 5G. This phone hit the shelves in India, which is one of the world’s biggest phone markets. It shares many features with last year’s Redmi Note 14 5G but adds a fresh color, “Crimson Art.”
The display on the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G is a real treat for your eyes. It uses a super sharp 6.67-inch Super AMOLED screen. You get Full HD+ resolution, making everything look crisp. This screen also offers multiple refresh rates: 60 Hz, 90 Hz, and a super smooth 120 Hz. That means games and videos will look incredibly fluid, like a high-end experience.
This display also responds to your touch very quickly, at 2,160 Hz. It gets incredibly bright, up to 2,100 Nits, so you can see it clearly outdoors. Plus, it shows 10-bit colors for richer images and is protected by strong Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

Inside, the Note 14 SE 5G runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chip. This chip is built using a 6-nanometer process. It has eight CPU cores and one GPU, designed to handle daily tasks and even some gaming.

For photography, the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G comes with a versatile camera setup. You get four cameras in total to snap photos and videos.
- The main camera is 50 megapixels. It uses a Sony LYT-600 sensor, which is a good size at 1/1.95 inches. Its wide f/1.5 lens lets in plenty of light for brighter pictures.

Availability
Redmi will start selling the Note 14 SE 5G on August 7, 2025. You can grab one through mi.com and Flipkart online stores. It comes in three stylish colors: Crimson Art, Mystique White, and Titan Black. The price for this new phone is 14,999 Indian Rupees.
