Get ready for a gaming powerhouse. realme’s Narzo 80 Pro is set to launch on April 9, 2025. This phone promises top-notch gaming performance, thanks to its MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chip.
What’s under the hood?
The chip is built with 4-nanometer technology and has 8 CPU cores, with a top speed of 2.6 GHz. realme claims this makes the Narzo 80 Pro the fastest phone in its class, with a price tag of around 20,000 Indian rupees.
The phone also features a large heat dissipation area of 6,050 square millimeters. This helps keep the CPU cool during intense gaming sessions, reducing temperatures by up to 2 degrees Celsius.
A great display
The Narzo 80 Pro has a bright display with a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits and a 120 Hz refresh rate. This means you’ll get smooth graphics and fast response times. The phone’s touch response rate is 2,500 Hz, making it perfect for fast-paced games.
Long battery life
The phone has a large 6,000 mAh battery, supporting 80 W fast charging. realme says this means you can play games for almost 12 hours or watch YouTube videos for over 18 hours on a single charge.
Design and build
The Narzo 80 Pro is slim and lightweight, measuring just 7.55 mm thick and weighing 179 grams. This is an improvement over its predecessor, the Narzo 70 Pro, which was 8 mm thick and weighed 195 grams.
Another option: Narzo 80x
realme is also promoting the Narzo 80x, which features a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chip with a top speed of 2.5 GHz. This phone is expected to be priced around 13,000 Indian rupees.
The Narzo 80x has a 120 Hz display and a durable design, with IP69 rating and military-grade toughness. It also has a large 6,000 mAh battery, supporting 45 W fast charging, and weighs 197 grams.
