Benchmark tests have revealed that the GT 7T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset, with a maximum clock speed of 3.25 GHz. It is paired with 8 GB of RAM and runs on Android 15. The device has also been certified by TUV Rheinland for its fast charging capabilities, supporting up to 120 W.
