Realme is pushing the limits of smartphone battery life. The company just launched its flagship GT 7 and GT 7T phones in Paris, featuring a massive 7,000 mAh battery and 120W fast charging. But that’s not all – realme has even bigger plans.

New Battery Life Records

Realme is working on a new smartphone with an enormous 7,500 mAh battery, set to launch before the end of 2025. This news comes from a conversation with Android Headlines. Although the exact model name hasn’t been revealed, rumors suggest it could be the GT 8 Pro, building upon the GT 7 Pro’s success.

The GT 7 Pro, launched in late 2024, boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 120W fast charging, and a 6,500 mAh battery (5,800 mAh in the Indian version). If the GT 8 Pro follows suit, it’ll be a powerhouse of a phone.
