Real Sociedad goes all out for Takefusa Kubo

As reported Ramón Álvarez de Mon from Radio Marcathe Real society has opened talks to take over the services of Takefuso Kubo in this summer transfer market. The Japanese cannot play for Real Madrid next season because the club is full of non-EU players and has no room in Carlo Ancelotti’s rotation, news that has led to his imminent departure from the club.

Real Sociedad has always shown interest in taking over the services of Takefusa Kubo, who has just played on loan and is important at RCD Mallorca in La Liga.

a complicated deal

Real Madrid does not want to sell him, so he would accept a loan for one season but the club does not want him to stay on the bench without playing minutes, as happened to him at Villarreal with Unai Emery. They do not want to sell him because they feel that he is a talent that can be decisive in the long term.

On the other hand, the Basque team would be looking for a loan or a low-cost transfer with a repurchase option in the contract. A move similar to the one they closed at the time with FC Porto for Carlos Henrique Casemiro.

Imanol Alguacil sees him as an interesting option to strengthen his attack and have a top-level rotation thinking of competing to win titles this season. The negotiations are in a preliminary phase and there is still nothing concrete. Kubo wants to play in a team where he has continuity to get to the 2022 Qatar World Cup in shape.
