RCB Stuns Rajasthan Royals with Thrilling 11-Run Win in High-Scoring Encounter

Royal Challengers Bangalore edged out Rajasthan Royals by 11 runs in a nail-biting finish. Batting first, RCB posted a mammoth 205 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. In response, Rajasthan Royals fell short, managing just 194 runs in 20 overs.

Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Surya gave Rajasthan a solid start, adding 52 runs for the first wicket. Surya was dismissed for 16, but Jaiswal stormed on, smashing 49 off 19 balls. After Jaiswal’s exit, Nitish Rana and Riyan Parag took the attack to RCB. Their 38-run stand kept Rajasthan in the hunt. Parag was particularly destructive, scoring 22 off 10 balls. At one point, Rajasthan were 110/2, but they lost two crucial wickets in the next 24 runs. Rana (28) and Parag (22) were both dismissed, leaving Rajasthan struggling.

The match turned on its head in the final two overs. Rajasthan needed a big finish, but RCB’s bowlers held their nerve. In the end, RCB’s massive total proved just enough, handing them an 11-run win.
