Ravindra Jadeja made history by marking a century, included in the special list of Kapil Dev and Dhoni

Ravindra Jadeja made history in the rescheduled fifth Test between India and England which was played at Edgbaston, Birmingham. Jaddu played a brilliant inning of 104 runs on 194 balls with the help of 13 fours. With this, he joined the special roster of Kapil Dev and MS Dhoni.

Batting at number 7 or less in a calendar year, Jadeja has scored two centuries. Along with this, he also joined the special club of legendary cricketer Kapil Dev and MS Dhoni.

Ravindra Jadeja has become the fourth Indian to score a century at Edgbaston, Birmingham. Before him in the same match, Test centuries were scored by Rishabh Pant, Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli at Edgbaston. Jadeja completed his century in 183 balls. During this he hit 13 fours. On matchday one, Rishabh Pant completed his century with 89 balls. Jadeja played an inning of 104 runs on 194 balls.

This is Ravindra Jadeja’s third century in Test Cricket. Test cricket’s number one all-rounder name is now 2500 runs with an average of 36.76. Earlier this year he had played a brilliant inning of 175 runs.
