Ravichandran Ashwin's warning to Shikhar Dhawan! See how Mankading showed fear in the video

If Ravichandran Ashwin is bowling in a match, then the batsmen are in danger even though they are on the non-striker end. Actually, if a batsman on the non-striker’s end comes out of the box to run before delivering the ball, then Ashwin does not fail to take him out, i.e. Mankading. In the current IPL season, Shikhar Dhawan was also in similar danger once, but Ashwin let him go with a warning. Let us tell you all about this incident.

The eighth match of IPL 2023 was played between Rajasthan Royals and Punjab Kings. In this match, the Rajasthan team was the first to bowl after winning the toss. During the bowling, Ravichandran Ashwin was bowling the seventh and was going to bowl the fourth ball, but Shikhar Dhawan, who was on the non-striker end, had already come out of the box to take the run. Ashwin saw it and didn’t leave the ball with his hand. During this, Ashwin gave Shikhar Dhawan a warning by pointing out that he is running out of the box even before he has released the ball. In such a situation, Ashwin can run it through Mankading. Dhawan also understood his warning upon seeing Ashwin’s reaction and immediately returned to the fold.

Immediately after this incident, the cameraman present on the field directed the camera towards Jos Buttler, who was fielding on the boundary. Actually, Ashwin had once been without Jos Buttler in this way while he was playing for Kings XI Punjab, which was much discussed all over the world. However, now Ashwin also plays cricket for Jos Buttler’s IPL team i.e. Rajasthan Royals. A similar incident could have happened with Shikhar Dhawan in today’s match as well, but Ashwin left him alone with a warning. Video of this hilarious incident by Ashwin and Dhawan is going more and more viral on social media.
