YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, also known as BeerBiceps, recently opened up about the impact of his appearance on Suresh Raina’s show ‘India’s Got Latent’. During an Instagram Q&A session, he shared how the controversy surrounding his comments on the show affected his life.
After making a comment about his parents on the show, Ranveer faced backlash, and the issue even reached the courts. He revealed that the incident had a significant impact on both his personal and professional life. “I ruined my health, lost money, missed out on opportunities, lost my reputation, and my mental health suffered,” he said.
A Tough Time
Ranveer’s comments on the show led to a huge controversy, and he admitted that it cost him a lot. “I disappointed my team members and family,” he said. “People don’t understand how many jobs are at stake.” He added that he had almost ended his career and that of over 300 people who worked with him.
Ranveer also shared that he learned a lot about human nature during this difficult time. “People enjoy watching others fall,” he said. However, he’s determined to move forward. “I’m not 100% okay yet, but I need to start again,” he said, acknowledging that many people’s livelihoods depend on his work.
Despite the challenges he faced, Ranveer believes that the experience has led to his personal growth. “I went through a transformation and spiritual development,” he said. “Now, I’ll work on getting back what’s lost.”
