Haryana’s Randeep Hooda, who has made a mark in the industry with his acting in films like Sahib Bibi Aur Gangster, Sarabjit, Highway, Sultan, is a Bollywood actor who brings every role to life. Whether you have a leading role in a movie or a supporting actor, you always leave an impression of your performance. This journey for Randeep Hooda, who made a place for himself in the industry, was not easy. His parents were absent in his childhood. He has even driven taxis for pocket money. Randeep’s story is absolutely murky.
Randeep Hooda was born on August 20, 1976 in the Rohtak district of Haryana. His father’s name is Ranbir Hoodi and his mother’s is Asha Devi. His parents separated when Randeep was young, left him with his grandmother, and went to the Middle East in connection with work. Randeep used to miss him, there came a time when he felt like his parents had betrayed him.
Randeep did his initial education at the boarding school in Sonepat. Since school, he used to do a lot of devilish things. At school, the kids used to call him Don. Randeep was very good at sports. He won many awards in horse riding and swimming, he was sent to Melbourne, Australia to continue his studies. 
Randeep had told him in an interview that living there was not that easy. He did many small jobs to cover his own expenses, from working as a waiter in a restaurant to washing people’s cars. Dhoni even had to take a taxi to earn money.
Randeep Hooda’s entry into the movies was also very interesting. This was in 2001, when he met film director Mira Nair at rehearsals for Naseeruddin Shah’s play ‘The Play to Teach Your Own’. Seeing his personality, Meera advised him to audition. After which he was selected for the film Monsoon Wedding.
Randeep’s work was recognized only after this film. After this his steps did not stop and then he made many movies like Risk, Darna Zaroori Hai, Once Upon a Time in Mumbai. Randeep has made about 29 movies so far.
