Ram Gopal Varma revealed: ‘Amitabh felt like beating him after seeing the preview of Bhoot’

Ram Gopal Varma’s horror film ‘Bhoot’ has turned 20 years old. Urmila Martondkar and Ajay Devgan were seen playing the main characters in the film. Ram Gopal said that even his mother was scared after watching the movie ‘Bhoot’ and used to lock the doors and windows in her house.

Ram Gopal said, “I was scared even after knowing that her son had made the film.” Along with this, she also revealed Amitabh Bachchan’s reaction to his film. She said that when Amitabh Bachchan saw the preview of the film, she wanted to beat him on why he made such a film. He hated himself during this movie, wondering why he did what he did and why he even came to see it.

Coming to the 20th anniversary of the film, Ram Gopal Varma revealed many things. According to him, it is necessary to have the quality of arousing emotions in a horror movie. During this, Ram Gopal also revealed that Abhishek Bachchan was initially cast in this film but for some reason he was unable to work and then Ajay Devgan was cast in the film.
