Ram Charan Takes 3-Week Break from Peddamaaa Shoot, Know the Reason Behind It

Ram Charan is currently shooting for his upcoming action film, ‘Peddi’, but he’s hit the brakes on production. The film, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, was expected to be a high-octane thrill ride, especially after its teaser release sparked excitement among fans. However, Charan has taken a three-week break, leaving fans wondering if the film will still meet its scheduled release date of March 27, 2026.

Why the break?

Charan is using this time to visit London’s Madame Tussauds museum, where he’ll be attending the unveiling ceremony of his wax figure. The break also gives him and the team a much-needed respite from the scorching heat. The crew will reconvene in June to resume filming without any further breaks, so fans can expect the production to stay on track.

All about ‘Peddi’

‘Peddi’, previously known as ‘RC16’, is an action-packed film starring Ram Charan alongside Janhvi Kapoor. The movie also potentially features Trisha Krishnan and Vijay Sethupathi. With its ambitious storyline and high-energy action sequences, ‘Peddi’ is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated releases of the year.
