Ubisoft has revealed more details about the upcoming Rainbow Six Siege competition at Siege X. The event will take place in Rio de Janeiro from May 8 to 18 and feature 20 teams competing for a share of the $520,000 prize pool.
Brazilian Teams in the Competition
Five Brazilian teams are set to compete: FaZe Clan, FURIA, Team Liquid, W7M Esports, and LOUD. Each team has a unique story to tell. FaZe Clan is the current international champion and is considered a top contender. They’re bringing the same lineup that won Six Invitational 2025.
FURIA finished in the top three at SI and kept their roster intact. LOUD, a new team in the R6 competitive scene, has a strong background in other gaming disciplines. They’re fielding the old Razah Company lineup, which made it to the top six at SI.
Team Liquid has overhauled their team, bringing in a new squad. The players are:
- Gabriel “AsK” Santos
- Lucas “DiasLucasBr” Dias
- Gabriel “Maia” Maia
- Pablo “resetz” Oliveira
- André “nesk” Oliveira
Their coaching staff includes Moisés “Tiseis” Oliveira and Lucas “Lenda” Diniz. W7M Esports, the BLAST R6 Major de Montreal champions, have also made changes to their lineup with the addition of Luccas “Paluh” Molina.
