Rahul Gandhi left the government bungalow in Delhi after losing his MP post after being found guilty by a court for commenting on Modi’s surname. This time he returned the diplomatic passport and asked for a normal passport.
As per rules, he needs ‘No Objection Certificate (NOC)’ to get ordinary passport by submitting diplomatic passport obtained as MP. For this reason, this Congress leader filed an application in Delhi court seeking NOC. News – Hindustan Times.
