Rahul Dravid Surprised by Leopard During Safari with Coaching Staff in Jaipur.

The Rajasthan Royals are set to face the Punjab Kings in the first match of today’s double-header at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Before the big game, the Royals’ coaching staff had an unexpected adventure – a thrilling leopard safari trip to the Jhalana Leopard Reserve.

A Wild Detour

Head coach Rahul Dravid, batting coach Vikram Rathour, and bowling coach Sairaj Bahutule embarked on an open-jeep safari, where they got up close and personal with the reserve’s majestic leopards. The leopards strolled around, even stopping to drink from a nearby lake. The coaches snapped photos and relished the experience.

Other cricket stars, like Mumbai Indians’ Suryakumar Yadav, have also visited the Jhalana Leopard Reserve. It’s become a hotspot for Bollywood and cricket celebrities.

Back to the Pitch

Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson has struggled with injuries. He missed the first four games, playing only as an Impact Player. When he returned as captain, the team’s fortunes didn’t change. They’ve lost several close matches and are now out of the playoff race.

Today, they’ll take on the Punjab Kings, a team still fighting for a playoff spot. The Royals will be eager to spoil their opponents’ plans and make a statement.
