Radhika Apte’s BAFTA-nominated film “Sister Midnight” is hitting theaters on May 23. The movie marks Karan Kandhari’s directorial debut, with a cast that includes Ashok Pathak, Chhaya Kadam, Smita Tambe, and Navya Sawanth.
What to Expect
The story revolves around Uma, played by Radhika Apte, a newlywed trying to navigate married life with her husband Gopal in a small Mumbai apartment. Things take a dark turn when Uma starts feeling unwell after getting bitten by a mosquito. She becomes weak and pale, and soon develops a craving for animal blood.
