The Qatari Foreign Ministry confirmed on Tuesday that Israel and the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), thanks to their role as mediators, have reached an agreement to supply medicines to hostages held in the Gaza Strip.
The spokesman for the foreign minister of the Arab country, Majid bin Mohamed al Ansariemphasized in a statement that the agreement would allow the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian population in Gaza in exchange for the supply of medicine for hostages.
In this sense, he explained that the shipment of relief supplies and medicines will depart from Doha and land at El Arish airport in Egypt.
