Qatar 2022 organizers ended up on a litter of Argentine fans

Members of the Supreme Committee of Delivery and Legacy (SC) of the Qatar 2022 World Cup ended up on the shoulders of Argentine fans during a meeting held this weekend in Buenos Aires, just over a month after the start of the competition, within the framework of a tour of the participating countries of Latin America.

As part of its activities, the official officials of the World Cup agreed to a meeting with 150 Argentine fans who will travel to Doha to witness the first edition to be held in an Arab country, from November 20 to December 18.

The meeting was organized at the Club NĂ¡utico Buchardo and served for future visitors to clear up their doubts regarding immigration, health, logistics, accommodation and cultural issues in the face of the imminence of the highest FIFA competition. Diplomatic guests and the Ambassador of Qatar in Argentina, HE Battal Al Dosari, also participated in the meeting, who highlighted the passion of Argentine fans for football: “Throughout all these years that I have worked as a diplomat, I can say that I have never known a society as warm and special as Argentina”.

“I would like to ask them to show themselves in Qatar as they are, with the warmth and passion that characterizes them,” added the Ambassador as an invitation to release protocols, something that the delegates of the Supreme Committee were able to experience. It was then that one of them, surrounded by a large group of fans with “albiceleste” attire and party favors, was transported on a litter in an atmosphere of joy that highlighted the enthusiasm for experiencing the World Cup.
