Pull and Bear bets on the “Click and Collect” trend

Pull and bear, men’s and women’s fashion store of the Inditex group, has decided to innovate by incorporating in its application the new trend of “Click and Collect”. Thanks to this new tool, users will be able to check the availability of the item they want in the store, buy it and later, pick it up at the store within a maximum of four hours after placing the order.

The objective is reduce and facilitate the purchase process, in addition to strengthening its omnichannel strategy.

This trend was available in some cities, but in a pilot phase, and, seeing that it had the expected results, they decided to implement it in the rest of the country.

Fashion stores with “Click and Collect”

This fashion store is not the only one in the Inditex group that has included this new trend. Zara, for example, included in its application the “Store mode” to reserve changing rooms or locate a garment in a physical store. This tool was included a year ago and it still stands today. This was also carried out Zara Home and Massimo Dutti.

Pull and Bear has at your disposal 864 stores worldwide. Regarding its figures, in the first half of 2021, reached a turnover of 786 million euros, much more than the previous year, which obtained 578 million.
