PSG on the hunt for Franck Kessié

According La Gazzetta dello Sport, Italian news and rumor outlet, the PSG has joined the battle to try to sign Franck Kessié. The Ivorian ends his contract in 2022 and from January he could negotiate with other teams and join them at zero cost. The midfielder is coming off a very good season with the ‘Rossonero’ team, who have offered him a contract of 6.5 million euros per season. Still, other clubs have made much bigger deals. Like Tottenham (8M a year) or the more recent interested Paris Saint-Germain, which has offered him 8 million euros a year plus a bonus of 2 million. A juicy amount of money that could lead the African player to share a dressing room with Lionel Messi and Neymar.

Rudy Galetti, a Sky Sports journalist, has also confirmed PSG’s interest and even Liverpool’s contacts with Kessié’s agents. It will certainly be a tough battle in the next transfer windows. Both for Milan, seeking to renew him, and for the teams interested in signing him.
