Speaking to RMC Sport, the Paris club president said: “We have more than 24 hours. Kylian is a PSG player. We had very good conversations with him. He’s a great player like no other, he’s very professional.” We spoke to the family. We want to work, try to do something if we can, why not. Otherwise we are fine. I can’t talk about his renewal, I’m just talking to the family.”
Although Al Khelaifi didn’t fully confirm the contract extension, his tone seems to suggest that PSG are optimistic about Mbappé’s continuity at the club. The striker’s contract at PSG expires in 2024, which has led to numerous speculations about his future, especially when it comes to Real Madrid.
