GTA 5 will arrive later this year for PS5 and Xbox Series X. If we could expect noticeable improvements, Sony has given more details. We know the game will run at 4K and 60 frames per second on PlayStation 5.
GTA 5 is an extraordinary game. Launched eight years ago, it is still very successful and will experience new life on the PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles starting November 11, 2021. Today Sony provides more details.
Sony Germany’s blog actually published an article dedicated to the new version of Rockstar’s game. It specifies that it will turn at the same time in 4K, but also with a frame rate of 60 frames per second, which we didn’t know about. It may seem logical for a 2013 game, but let’s remember that Rockstar promised many graphical improvements to make the city of Los Santos even more alive and believable.
Without a doubt, this PS5 version (and Xbox Series X, we assume) will be the most successful, the final version of the game. It will not be a simple postage, but what appears to be a real remaster. We are curious to see the result.
GTA 5, a timeless juggernaut
GTA 5 will arrive on PS5 and Xbox Series X on November 11th. If you don’t want to buy the game for the umpteenth time, know that it will always be possible like Los Santos in 4K via GTA Online, which will be free for the first three months on Sony’s console.

Rockstar’s game was released in 2013 and its success has never diminished since then. Recently, the title passed the symbolic bar. 150 million copies sold. A totally crazy figure that can still increase with the launch of new consoles. Meanwhile, GTA 6 is still pending and we can understand that Rockstar is in no hurry to release it. All we have so far are rumors and leaks that don’t smack of credibility.
Just for sure, GTA 6 exists, but it’s not planned for a few years.
