Prior to joining GroupM, Beatriz served as Business Operations Managing Director at IPG Mediabrands, where she oversaw the operations of multiple business units and played a key role in developing the product portfolio and acquiring new business. Her experience also includes managing global clients such as Amazon and Lego, as well as leading teams of over 200 professionals across 21 markets, with budgets exceeding $400 million.
