Priyanka Chopra taught the children of the Anganwadi center about discrimination against girls

Priyanka Chopra visited the UNICEF office here. She had also come to Composite School Aurangabad and Anganwadi Center where she spent time with the children and she also talked a lot.

Priyanka Chopra has also shared many photos and videos of her visit to Lucknow on her official Instagram Story account. During this time, she also arrived at the Anganwadi center of UP village in Lalpur. Here the actress was seen teaching the children and talking to them.

In a video posted, Priyanka Chopra said: “Right now, I am in Lucknow, India with UNICEF. I really wanted to visit this place. I spent some of my childhood years in a school in Lucknow. There are family and friends here. and I am excited to understand how the needs of women and children in Uttar Pradesh have changed. I want to see first-hand how technology and innovation are driving change on a large scale. In India, gender inequality creates unequal opportunities, and it’s the girls who don’t get the upper hand.”


The actress continues: “We are meeting with various UNICEF partners to see the work that is being done to end violence and discrimination against girls. I will hear about the challenges you face in everyday life and I will also see the solution, because the solution is needed on a large scale. As I have often said, women and girls can create a better future not only for themselves but also for their community.”
