- The report revealed about Prince Charles of Britain
Prince Charles: Britain’s Prince Charles appears to be embroiled in a new scandal due to the money transaction case. It has been claimed in a report that his charity had taken 1 million pounds (about 9.64 crores) from the family of notorious terrorist Osama bin Laden. The Prince of Wales Charitable Foundation (PWCF) took such a huge amount from two people named Bakker and Shafiq bin Laden. He is the half-brother of 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden. This shocking claim has been made in a report. The Sunday Times has claimed in its report that Charles accepted the money in 2013 after having a private meeting with Bakker at the Clearance House.
The meeting took place two years after the US special forces killed Osama bin Laden. The DailyMail reports that royal sources have rubbished claims of Charles accepting money or being involved in the deal. Sources have also questioned reports that Prince’s adviser had advised him “it would not be good” if it emerged that he had taken money from the family of the al-Qaeda founder. The report says the Prince’s charity has taken money from the family of the man who plotted the deadliest attack in history.
67 British were also killed in the attack.
Now the claims made in this report are raising questions about the charity’s fundraising work. About 3000 people died in the 9/11 terrorist attacks in America, of whom 67 were from Britain. Earlier in another report, it was said that Prince Charles had taken a suitcase full of money from a controversial leader of Qatar. In which 1 million euros (about Rs 8 crore) were cash. According to the information, this money was the third installment of the total amount. Prince Charles took 3 million euros from Sheikh Hamad bin Jasim bin Jaber Al Thani between 2011 and 2015. According to the Clearance House, the money was immediately given to the Prince’s charity.
The Sunday Times wrote that Sheikh, the former Prime Minister of Qatar, was also known as HBJ. He gave Charles a large amount of cash in private meetings. During the meeting she reportedly gave 1 million euros to the Prince in a carrier bag. After this, in a face-to-face meeting at the Clearance House in 2015, Charles accepted another bag containing 1 million euros in cash. However, Prince Charles’ office later said in a statement: “The donation received from Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim was immediately transferred to a charitable organization owned by the Prince.” This institution has assured us that all the correct procedures were followed.
Bin Laden was killed in 2011
Talking about Osama bin Laden, he was killed by US forces in 2011 after attacking his hideout in Pakistan. About two months ago today, there was news related to al-Qaeda that its leader Ayman al-Zawahri has released a pre-recorded video on the 11th anniversary of the death of his predecessor Osama bin Laden. In the video, al-Zawahri says that its ally Ukraine has become a “victim” of Russian aggression because of “US weakness”. According to the SITE intelligence group that monitors terrorist activities, a 27-minute video of al-Zawahri was released. In this video, the terrorist gangster is seen sitting at a desk, where books and a gun were also kept.
Appealing to Muslims in solidarity, al-Zawahiri referred to the impact of the wars launched in Iraq and Afghanistan after the 9/11 terror attacks, saying the US position was weak and headed for collapse. Bin Laden was the main conspirator and financer of the attacks on America. Al-Zawahiri said that after its defeat in Iraq and Afghanistan, the economic ruin caused by the 9/11 attacks, and the Corona pandemic, it has left its ally Ukraine as a victim of the Russians. The whereabouts of al-Zawahiri are not known. He is wanted by the FBI and anyone providing information that helps lead to his arrest will be awarded a reward of US$25 million.
