The fourth and final match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 between India and Australia is played at the Ahmedabad Stadium. Before the start of this decisive match, a colorful program was held at the stadium. This grand event was organized on the occasion of the completion of the 75 years of the first cricket series between India and Australia.
We tell you that the first series of cricket between India and Australia was played from November 1947 to February 1948. It was a test series of five matches. This series of tests turned 75 in February of this year. PM Modi and Anthony were present at the Ahmedabad Stadium to celebrate this special occasion.
Here both Prime Ministers were seen riding in a chariot and waving to the audience present in the stadium. Just before the game there was also a round of traditional songs and dances. Here, the two prime ministers also handed out test caps to the captains of their respective teams.
