Actor Prateek Gandhi gained widespread recognition for his role as Harshad Mehta in the web series ‘Scam 1992’, which earned him a special place in the hearts of audiences. Following this success, he appeared in films such as ‘Madgaon Express’, ‘Do and Do Pyaar’, and ‘Agni’, although these films did not receive much attention, his performances were well-received by the public.
Prateek Gandhi is set to star in the upcoming film ‘Dhoom Dham’ alongside Yami Gautam, where he will be seen with six-pack abs, showcasing an extreme level of fitness that is likely to captivate his female fans. This will be a new challenge for the actor, as he has not played such a role on screen before. Achieving the desired physical transformation proved to be difficult for him.
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Prateek openly discussed the challenges he faced in getting six-pack abs. He explained that although he has always been relatively fit, achieving this specific physique for the film was hard work. He followed a strict regimen that included consuming a lot of protein, engaging in intense workouts, sleeping less, drinking minimal water, and enduring significant body pain.
Prateek also shared his thoughts on the process, saying, “I’ve seen interviews with many actors who have talked about how difficult it is to get six-pack abs, but my approach is different. When it comes to fitness, I don’t just think about it, I do it. However, this time, I had to push myself to the limit. For instance, I couldn’t drink more than 1 liter of water for 4 days before the film’s shoot, and I kept thinking about when the sequence would end so I could drink water properly again.”
