The Boston Celtics secured a narrow 111-107 victory over the Orlando Magic in a regular season NBA game, propelled by strong performances from their leading scorers and a significant contribution from Portuguese center Neemias Queta.
Jaylen Brown led the Celtics’ scoring with 27 points. Anfernee Simons added 25 points, and Derrick White contributed 21 points to the winning effort.
Neemias Queta played for 25.44 minutes, scoring eight points with 50% field goal efficiency. The game’s top scorer was Paolo Banchero, the Orlando Magic forward, who registered 28 points.
Queta also grabbed six rebounds for Boston, four offensive and two defensive, and recorded one block during his time on the court.
The Boston Celtics, record holders with 18 NBA titles, currently stand tenth in the Eastern Conference. Their victory against Orlando improved their season record to five wins against six losses after 11 games.
The 26-year-old Queta has averaged 23.6 minutes per game this season for Boston. His season averages include 8.7 points and 8.1 rebounds.
