In Arta, Greece won 16-25, 25-23, 25-23, 25-23.

Portugal started strong, taking a 5-point lead in the first set.
José Pedro Pinto scored 18 points.
Dimitrios Mouchlias led Greece with 28 points.
Greece now has 6 points in the Golden League.

Women’s Team Wins First Match
The Portuguese women’s volleyball team beat Slovenia 3-1.
This was their first win in the Golden League.
They lost to Ukraine on Friday.
Today, they won the first set 25-21.
Margarida Maia, Amanda Cavalcanti, and Alice Clemente played well.
They took a 3-0 lead in the second set.
Slovenia fought back to win 26-24.
Portugal then won the next two sets, 26-24 and 25-19.
Alice Clemente scored 19 points.
Margarida Maia had 17 points.
Amanda Cavalcanti added 16 points.
The Garcês twins, Mariana and Joana, also contributed.
This was a big win for Portugal’s women’s team.
