In the last few hours it was announced that the licensed PlayStation controller will also have a version available for Android. This is an especially interesting command for anyone who wants to take advantage of PS Remote Play and play PS5 or PS4 on their smartphone.

“We worked closely with the PlayStation team on the design of Backbone One – PlayStation Edition for Android. Colors, materials, and finishes are all inspired by the design of the DualSense controller, including the transparent face buttons.
In addition to the PS5-inspired design, this controller allows you to connect Pulse 3D headphones through its 3.5mm jack port. To better accommodate the Backbone One, the PS Remote Play app has received an update, which is now available on the Google Play Store.
A very positive point is that this controller not only works with the PS Remote Play app. Users can also use it to play other supported titles from the Google Play Store and App Store, such as Call of Duty: Mobile, Fortnite, or Diablo Immortal.
Users can also download the Backbone app to enhance their smartphone gaming experience. This ends up bringing all your favorite games together as a kind of hub and allows you to customize the experience.

Users will soon be able to buy Backbone One PlayStation Edition in Europe. The announced price for Europe is €119.99, both in the Android and iOS versions.
