Salt had returned to England for the birth of his first child. He wasn’t seen in practice on Monday, fueling rumors he’d skip the final. But now, there’s a new update: Salt is back in Ahmedabad and will play.
On Monday, Salt wasn’t in Ahmedabad. But by Tuesday afternoon, around 3 pm, he was back. He’ll likely open for RCB in the title match. Salt had scored a match-winning 56 runs off 27 balls in the first qualifier.
After becoming a father, Salt had gone home. Now, he’s back in Ahmedabad, ready to give his best to help RCB win their first IPL trophy.
