Pepper joins the UN Global Compact, the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world

Pepper, a leading financial services company specializing in installment purchase financing, has joined the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative.

Through this agreement, Pepper joins more than 1,500 companies in Spain, one of the five most important local networks in the world. There are currently more than 21,000 member organizations from more than 160 countries.

The initiative, sponsored by the United Nations in 2000, will enable Pepper to promote the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and adhere to the ten universally recognized principles in the areas of human rights, labor standards, the environment and the fight against corruption.

Francisco Pedraza, CEO of Pepper highlighted: “Our inclusion in the UN Global Compact demonstrates our commitment to the environment and adhering to the SDGs through responsible action, which is anchored in our ambitious sustainability plan.“.
