The two 16-year-olds accused of the rape of a 27-year-old woman, perpetrated on the night of Saturday 7 to Sunday 8 August last in Pau (Atlantic Pyrenees), were charged, we learned. Friday, August 13, from corroborating sources.
The first was placed in preventive detention for gang rape and forced confinement. The second, accused of complicity in rape and forced confinement, was released under judicial supervision.
The events had occurred during the night, while the young woman was returning from the afternoon. She explained that three men approached her, she reports Blue France. Drunk, she had been forced to follow them to an apartment and have sex with them to return home.
A passerby found her around 4:30 a.m. while wandering the streets of downtown. Half naked, in shock, she was rushed to the hospital. She complained the next day to the police station.
