Paresh Rawal’s lawyer, Ameet Naik, has fired back at Akshay Kumar over the lawsuit regarding his sudden exit from the film “Hera Pheri 3”. Rawal tweeted that his lawyer has sent a response, which will put all issues to rest once read.
This comes after Akshay Kumar’s production company, Cape Of Good Films, sued Rawal for 25 crores due to the alleged losses incurred from his exit. Kumar’s lawyer had stated that Rawal’s departure would have severe legal consequences and harm the franchise.
Rawal had received 11 lakhs as a signing amount, which he returned with 15% interest. His lawyer’s response is expected to address the concerns and allegations made by Kumar’s team. The lawsuit has put the spotlight on the financial and contractual aspects of the film industry, highlighting the potential risks and consequences of last-minute changes.
