Paredes already trained with Juventus

Midfielder Leandro Paredes returned to training with Juventus this Monday after two weeks of recovery from a muscle injury, and could reappear on Thursday against Hellas Verona for Serie A.

The player of the Argentine national team completed a part of the training after recovering from a low-grade injury to the hamstring of the left thigh, the Italian club reported through its social networks.

In the 16-day recovery process, Paredes missed four “Juve” games but could be called up for Thursday’s away game against Hellas Verona in the penultimate game before the World Cup break. The last commitment will be on Sunday the 13th against Lazio in Turin.

Juventus beat Inter on Sunday (2-0) in one of the classics of Italian football and Ángel Di María, who was also injured, was able to play the last ten minutes.
