He is like family. He is fine now. He is smiling and recovering now. It is good that he is recovering fast. Currently he is in the ICU.”

An X-ray was also done on Pant’s right leg, which found that Rishabh Pant’s leg has sustained serious injuries. However, late in the afternoon, BCCI released Rishabh Pant’s medical bulletin, which provided detailed information on head and leg injuries.

Shyam Sharma said: “BCCI will decide the future plan of Pant’s treatment. Only BCCI is authorized to decide on this.
