Pamela Anderson’s No-Makeup Glow: Lifestyle Secrets for Radiant Skin

Pamela Anderson has revealed her secrets for achieving radiant skin, following her notable adoption of a no-makeup look. The 58-year-old star shared details about her skincare brand, Sonsie, at a recent pop-up event in New York City. The event celebrated the upcoming launch of Sonsie’s Basic Balm in Sugar Dipped Rhubarb.

Speaking with Us Weekly, Anderson highlighted the Adapt Cream as her top recommendation from the line. She described the topical product as an "all in one" that is "impossible to use incorrectly." Its formula supports the skin barrier, leading to radiant and smooth skin.

Anderson applies the Adapt Cream whenever she spots a dry area or a red mark, finding it significantly beneficial. She advises fans to always use their most hydrating products first, suggesting a routine of Sonsie cleanser, serum, and then the Adapt Cream.

Beyond her skincare line, Anderson attributes her glowing complexion to key lifestyle choices. "I eat a healthy diet, I get a lot of sleep, I drink a lot of water, and I have a very simple skincare routine," she stated.

She explained that she typically avoids wearing makeup unless she is working, such as filming a movie or performing in a play. This practice allows her skin to "breathe." Anderson noted that 95 percent of her red carpet appearances have been "zero glam."

Anderson clarified, "It’s not a no-makeup look. This is no makeup, zero." She previously shared in 2023 that she stopped wearing makeup after her longtime makeup artist, Alexis Vogel, passed away from breast cancer in 2019. "Without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup," she told Elle at the time.

While favoring a natural appearance, Anderson expressed excitement about wearing a touch of her new Basic Balm. "I have a little gloss on now. That’s fancy!" she exclaimed. The Basic Balm in Sugar Dipped Rhubarb is set to launch on Tuesday, October 28.

Anderson’s skincare routine remains consistent across seasons, but she intensifies her use of Multi Moisture Cream when traveling. "I just lather it all over," she said, emphasizing the importance of hydration. "You have to drink so much more water when you travel, so staying hydrated is key."

For internal hydration, she drinks her "Glow Green Juice" from her cookbook, I Love You: Recipes From the Heart. "I make a celery juice," she shared. "I have a Glow Juice in my cookbook that I think is very positive for the skin."

The inspiration for Sonsie came from Anderson’s own garden on Vancouver Island, where she began creating homemade products. Her next DIY project involves making a rose body oil, a process she described as placing roses in oil, warming them in the oven, and then straining. This oil can be used on the face or added to a bath.
