Masood was added to his team before the draft
The player draft for the 2024 Pakistan Super League season will take place on December 13. Earlier, Karachi Kings had made Shan Masood a part of their team through a trade deal with Multan Sultans and Faizal Akram joined the Multan team. Shan Masood captained the Multan Sultans team in the PSL season in 2020, while Masood was also part of this team when the franchise won the title in the 2021 season. The Karachi Kings have made several big changes to their team ahead of the player draft in which they terminated Imad Wasim’s contract. It is seen that Masood will also take the responsibility of leading the team as captain next season. Shan Masood has so far scored 1318 runs in 42 matches in the Pakistan Super League.
