After its initial release, “Sanam Teri Kasam” didn’t quite live up to expectations, but nine years later, it’s finally gotten the recognition it deserves. Harshvardhan Rane expressed his excitement about the film’s newfound success in an interview, even jokingly offering to fast for 7 to 11 days to ensure a sequel gets made. The makers of the film have indeed announced a sequel, and fans are eagerly awaiting more information.

Mawra’s Involvement in Sanam Teri Kasam 2

When asked about the possibility of working on “Sanam Teri Kasam 2”, Mawra Hocane shared her thoughts. She stated that regardless of whether she’s involved in the project or not, the producer deserves the success they’re currently experiencing. Mawra expressed her best wishes for the sequel, saying she’d definitely be interested in working on it if possible, but if not, she has no hard feelings.

New Projects for Mawra

There have been rumors circulating that Mawra has landed deals for three films in Bollywood following the success of “Sanam Teri Kasam”. However, when questioned about this, the actress remained tight-lipped, stating that she had previously decided not to discuss projects that didn’t work out due to various reasons. She emphasized that these projects belong to the people involved in them, and out of respect, she wouldn’t comment on the matter.

Mawra also shared her thoughts on Pakistani artists working in Indian cinema, saying that she prays for love and unity everywhere. She believes that audiences don’t differentiate between content from different countries, as long as the content is good. The actress thinks that artists, too, don’t differentiate, as they’re primarily looking for a good script, regardless of its origin. Mawra hopes that roads between the two countries will open up, allowing for more collaboration and exchange of art, and that technical issues can be resolved to facilitate this. She attributes the love she’s received from Indian audiences to the universal language of art, which knows no boundaries.
