Pacha Espino enters the radar of FC Barcelona

One of the positions that has brought the most headaches to the Barça in recent years it has been that of the left back. With a Jordi Alba very irregular, a competition was sought in his position with Júnior Firpo, who did not finish curdling. Thus, the culé team has had seasons where it did not even have a change in the squad for Alba and the subsidiary was thrown to make up for any loss from Hospitalet or, even, players like Semedo or Dest were thrown on the left wing.

The Barça sports management continues combing the market and collecting data from several left-handed sides that interest the club. Among the players they follow are names like Gayà or Grimaldo, but in recent months they have added another name to the list, that of Pacha Espino. The Uruguayan is being the best in Cádiz, completing an absolutely fantastic season and showing brutal growth compared to last year, when he made his debut in First Division.

This coming summer will be key to your future

Pacha Espino has a termination clause of 25 million euros that, in the event that Cádiz fell, would drop considerably. That would surely cause many teams to come and take him away. In the event that the people of Cadiz stay in the First Division for another year, they will have to handle the operation well since the Uruguayan ends his contract in 2023 and could leave for free in a year if they do not renew him, something that, inevitably, will happen with Alex Fernandez.

If they cannot convince him with an offer to make him renew, they would be forced to sell him to get a figure of around 12-15 million euros, a fairly affordable figure for a very economically affected Barcelona and that could even include a player in the operation to make it cheaper. Next summer, Espino will have more than one girlfriend with whom to strip the daisy and one of those flowers will be the one that he can take to the Camp Nou.
