Oviedo continues its path against a poor Fuenla

Oviedo took another step on its way to the play-offs, now a little closer. For Fuenlabrada, however, his path to permanence becomes steep, almost unapproachable. The clear victory was the prize for the team that exhibited the most on the pitch. The blues took refuge in Borja Sánchez in the first act and later more actors joined.

From the first bar, Oviedo dominated the situation, always with the ball. Borja Sánchez was the most prominent among the blues. He tried the youth squad with his left foot to Belman and tried to give Bastón a goal when he faced the area, but the service was left behind, uncomfortable for the striker. Little was known about Fuenlabrada throughout the first half. He only looked at Femenías’ goal in a set piece in which Pedro León tested the armor of Ziganda’s men, somewhat weakened in recent weeks and that, however, worked flawlessly against Fuenla.

The first blow came just before the break. It was also a set piece. Cornud centered, Calvo rose, imperial, to head close to the squad.

After passing through the changing rooms, Oviedo continued to claw. This time it was Obeng who hit Belman’s goal after a precise shipment by Brugman as the culmination of a nice collective action. The 2-0 separated the teams in a wide abyss.

Sandoval tried to react by turning his team around with new people, refreshments and new orders: the team had to step forward. He was able to get into the clash in an action by Bouldini that Cristóbal wasted in an unbeatable position.

Oviedo breathed a sigh of relief and waited for theirs, which would not be long in coming: Montiel found Mier and he beat Belman. The 3-0 was the sentence of a clash that launched Oviedo and put Fuenla in more trouble.
