Outbreaks may increase in the coming time –

In a recent study, experts say that many epidemics may be encountered in the coming times, more epidemics like the corona virus may come.

According to an international website, outbreaks of highly contagious diseases like the coronavirus may become common in the coming years as a result of climate change.

The study, published in the medical journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, said that currently, the probability of an epidemic like Covid-19 in a person’s lifetime is 38 percent, but this risk will double in the coming years.

The research indicated that the possibility of another outbreak due to climate change is increasing in the coming years.

Experts estimate the probability of a pandemic outbreak by examining data from the past 400 years.

He said that the rate of outbreak of an epidemic was different in the past, but by keeping this rate in mind, the possibility of a severe epidemic in the coming years can be estimated.

He said that recent estimates show that diseases transmitted from animals to humans are becoming more common due to climate change.

Experts added that animals often harbor infectious bacteria and viruses that can spread to humans.

As the natural world shrinks, the likelihood of encountering such things increases, the ability of viruses to make people sick more easily from the weather increases, he said.

Currently, 75 percent of new outbreaks are transmitted from animals to humans.

Investing in surveillance systems is needed to prevent any new epidemics from affecting the world, while sharing information about early signs of potential viral infections, experts said.
