Óscar Tojo is set to take on a new role as the technical coordinator for the Portuguese Football Federation. Tojo, who’s 45, has a background in physical education and holds a master’s degree in high-performance training. He’s also worked with young athletes.
Tojo used to be part of Vítor Bruno’s technical team at FC Porto. Now, he’ll report directly to Domingos Paciência, the new national technical director. Paciência replaced José Couceiro in the position.
