Oppo’s foldable smartphone advanced specifications include a 2K resolution screen
Oppo may be preparing the launch of a folding smartphone and although the brand does not reveal any details, the first specifications of the model are already circulating in the web world.
The information is being advanced by the leaking digital chat station and from what has been released so far, this Oppo model will compete with the Galaxy Z Fold 3 in terms of specifications.
Oppo’s indoor folding screen should be between 7.8 and eight inches. It includes OLED technology and can have a 2K resolution with 1200×2000 pixels resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. As for the external display, its shape or size is unknown.

According to the same source, the folding Oppo will be equipped with a Snapdragon 888 CPU, that is, one of the main processors currently used in Android devices. But since a new version of this processor is scheduled for December 2021, the foldable Oppo could be known before that date.
Regarding the cameras, the information now disclosed advances with the presence of a 32-megapixel front camera and on the back of the equipment, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor.
A fingerprint reader is also expected on the side of the foldable Oppo and running Android 11 under the brand’s ColorOS 12.
